Veterinary Media and Marketing Coordinator

With Central’s continued growth we now have a requirement for a Media and Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

What does a Media and Marketing Coordinator do?

  • Liaising with clients and colleagues to produce the required material
  • Contributing to and developing marketing plans
  • Supporting sales team as required
  • Organising the production of materials: hard copy and digital media
  • Writing and proofreading promotional pieces
  • Liaising with the designers and printers
  • Arranging for effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Assisting with events such as conferences and road-shows for stand design and promotional materials
  • Attending media events
  • Making sure everything is organised
  • Working hard to achieve great things.

About you:

  • Previous pet or veterinary industry experience
  • Excellent writing skills for promotional pieces and articles for publications
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage your own time
  • Great understanding of how the media influences the industry
  • Proficient in using all social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Adobe InCopy and Design software and MS packages
  • Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to switch between diverse subject matter.

The detail:

  • Salary: dependent on experience
  • Annual leave: 20 days plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme: after three months
  • Driving licence: full
  • Hours: 08.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday 
  • Office and team based in Elmswell near Bury St Edmunds.
